Thais de Oliveira Mondolfo holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Procedural Law (2025) and a law degree (2021) from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). During law school, she interned at the law firms Yarshell e Camargo Advogados (2018), Saad Gimenes Advogados Associados (2019), and Veirano Advogados (2019), as well as at the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo (2020); she began her career as a lawyer at the firm Pupo Mazzieiro Advogados (2021).
Holds executive education certificates in White-Collar Criminal Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV (2020) and in Digital Law and Data Protection from PUC-SP (2021). Published a peer-reviewed article in Revista Foco on the effectiveness of criminal procedural protection in Environmental Law (2023). Co-author of the book Philosophy of Law: Law and Liberty (2023).
