João Pedro Fragoso is a lawyer who graduated in 2017 from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). He holds a Master’s degree (2023) and a postgraduate certificate (2020) in Economic Criminal Law from the FGV São Paulo Law School (FGV-SP).
Specialist in Economic, International, and European Criminal Law from the Institute of Economic and European Criminal Law (IDPEE) at the University of Coimbra Faculty of Law (2025). Author of the book ‘Dosimetria da pena da pessoa jurídica’ [Sentencing of Legal Entities], published by Marcial Pons (2024). Completed the Extension Course on Procedure, Judgment, and Appeals in Economic Crimes at the Institute of Public Law of São Paulo (IDP-SP) (2017).
