Gabriel Soares Gomes has been a practicing lawyer since June 2023 and has been with Fragoso Advogados since March 2026. He holds a law degree from Universidade Candido Mendes (2021) and a specialization in Criminal Law and Criminology from the Instituto de Criminologia e Política Criminal (2022); he is currently pursuing specializations in Criminal Defense Advocacy at the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and in Criminal Sciences at the Faculdade Instituto do Rio de Janeiro (FIURJ).

A member of the Society of Criminal Lawyers of the State of Rio de Janeiro (SACERJ), he coordinates the Nilo Batista Model Office, an association that provides specialized, free criminal legal assistance to low-income individuals in the State of Rio de Janeiro.
