Attorney and USP PhD holder Rodrigo Fragoso served as a speaker at the “Copyright Law and Criminal Offenses” event, hosted by OABRJ at ESA’s Sylvio Capanema Plenary Hall. In his presentation, Fragoso addressed key challenges regarding copyright law within the criminal sphere, highlighting theoretical and practical aspects that directly impact the protection of intellectual works and liability for offenses. The discussion also featured Professor Victoria Sulocki, PhD (PUC-Rio), as a discussant, and was chaired by Professor Pedro Marcos Nunes Barbosa, PhD, Chair of the OABRJ Commission on Copyright, Intangible Rights, and Entertainment.
