The attorney Rodrigo Falk Fragoso, PhD in Criminal Law from USP and author of “Gestão Temerária de Instituição Financeira”, participated in the event “Por uma nova legislação sobre crimes financeiros” (For a new legislation on financial crimes), promoted by the Banking Law Commission of the Institute of Lawyers of São Paulo (IASP) at the headquarters of the institution on August 27, 2026.
The debate featured the participation of the Full Professor of Criminal Law at USP and former president of IASP, Renato de Mello Jorge Silveira, and the vice-president of IASP, PhD in Criminal Law from USP Marina Pinhão Coelho Araújo.
