Thais Mondolfo

Thais de Oliveira Mondolfo graduated in Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC/SP (2021) and is a master’s student in Criminal Procedural Law, at the same university.

During her undergraduate studies, she completed professional internships at Yarshell e Camargo Advogados (2018), Saad Gimenes Advogados Associados (2019) and Veirano Advogados (2019), as well as at the São Paulo State Court of Justice (2020). She began her career as a lawyer at Pupo Mazzieiro Advogados (2021).

Has an extension course in Economic Criminal Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV (2020) and in Digital Law and Data Protection from PUC/SP (2021).

Also, she has published a scientific article in Foco magazine on the effectiveness of criminal procedural protection in environmental law (2023), as well as co-authoring the book "Philosophy of Law: Law and Freedom" (2023).

She ia a fluent english speaker, with a certificate from the University of Cambridge.
