Thais Mondolfo

Thais de Oliveira Mondolfo holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Procedural Law (2025) and a Law degree (2021) from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. During law school, she interned at Yarshell e Camargo Advogados (2018), Saad Gimenes Advogados Associados (2019), Veirano Advogados (2019), as well as at the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo (2020). She began her legal career as an attorney at Pupo Mazzieiro Advogados in 2021.

She has completed extension courses in Economic Criminal Law at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (2020) and in Digital Law and Data Protection at Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2021). In 2023, she published a scientific article in the journal Revista Foco on the effectiveness of criminal procedural protection in Environmental Law. She is also co-author of the book Filosofia do Direito: Direito e Liberdade (2023).

She is fluent in English and holds a certificate from the University of Cambridge.
