João Pedro Fragoso

João Pedro Fragoso is a lawyer who graduated in 2017 from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). He holds a Master’s degree (2023) and a Postgraduate degree (2020) in Economic Criminal Law from the Fundação Getulio Vargas de São Paulo (FGV-SP). He is a specialist in Economic, International, and European Criminal Law from the Institute of Economic and European Criminal Law (IDPEE) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (2025). He is the author of the book “Sentencing of Legal Entities” (Dosimetria da pena da pessoa jurídica), published by Marcial Pons (2024). He also participated in the Extension Course on Procedure, Judgments, and Appeals in Economic Crimes at the Instituto de Direito Público de São Paulo (IDP-SP) (2017).
