Hannah Maselli

Hannah Maselli is a lawyer specialized in Criminal Law and Digital Law. She completed an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Law, Innovation, and Technology at Fundação Getulio Vargas (2024) and a postgraduate program in Criminal Advocacy at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (2023). She holds a law degree from the Federal Fluminense University (2019). She also completed extension courses in Business Law for Managers (2024) and in Compliance (2021) at Fundação Getulio Vargas. She served as a teaching assistant in the LL.M. program in Regulation of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies at Fundação Getulio Vargas (2026) and was a member of the Digital Crimes Committee of the Rio de Janeiro Bar Association (OABRJ) (2023–2024).
